Les Musiques du Moyen Age – This site contains over a hundred Medieval midi files. The site is in French. To get to the midi page, click on “Textes et MIDI” in the left frame.
Zarlino  –  contains Medieval and Renaissance midis that have been converted to Syntonic Intonation.  Very interesting to listen to.  Syntonic intonation is discussed here.
